Each workshop takes one theme and works it from every angle: some teaching to give you a map, guided practice to feel it in the body, and space to bring your own real situations into the room. Nothing here is performed or rehearsed. What happens is closer to a lived experience than a lecture.
I don't promise transformation, and I don't sell outcomes. What I offer is a safer, more honest container for the work you're already doing: questions, insights, and practices that help you take the next step, not a framework to master.
The format depends on the workshop. Some, like Boundaries, run online via Zoom. You'll need a quiet space, a stable connection, and a notebook for reflection. Others, like Polyphonic Contact Dance, are embodied and in person, held on a real floor with real bodies in the room.
Boundaries
Boundaries are how aliveness returns to the body. For anyone who finds it hard to say no, or who keeps ending up in situations they didn't want.
Review '26 & Design '27
A two-week journey to honor your year and design the next one. At home, at your own pace, in community.
Polyphonic Contact Dance
Contact improvisation, free movement and unfamiliar music, met with curiosity. A practice to arrive in, not a technique to learn. No dance background needed.
